I built a new desk including studio lights and some home studio equipment.
I used a desktop from the local hardware store, 2 Ikea wall lights and acoustic foam panels from Amazon.
I placed a photo of mine above the acoustic panel, which you can actually buy, click here.
To make it a cozy space, I added a small couch and some colourful lights. This makes it a great place to hang uit, play and record music, and edit my videos.
I recorded this song using Garageband.

I built a guitar using the Harley Benton SC Style guitar kit. The headstock is a special project: I made my own logo to celebrate the birth of my daughter. This might be her first guitar!
I took a walk around Nijmegen in the misty weather and focused on the bridges.
The bridge on photo 1 and 2 is called ‘the oversteek’ (the crossing). This was the place where the soldiers crossed the river as part of Operation Market Garden in the Second World War.
Deze foto’s heb ik gemaakt tijdens een wandeling in de mist rond Nijmegen waarbij ik me focuste op de bruggen.
De brug op foto 1 en 2 heet ‘de oversteek’. Dit was de plek waar soldaten de rivier overstaken als onderdeel van Operatie Market Garden in de 2e wereldoorlog.
I loved Tuscany. The landscapes, the food, the cities… Wouldn’t mind to go back with a camera in my hand and a glass of wine to go with it.

It was amazing to capture this impressive city in my own way. With the lingering clouds, impressive buildings, and high contrasts, you can see that the city never sleeps, and is always rushing past you.
In New York vond ik het fantastisch om deze indrukwekkende stad te vangen op mijn manier. Door de slepende wolken, indrukwekkende gebouwen en hoge contrasten zie je dat de stad nooit slaapt, altijd maar aan je voorbij raast.
While the primary goal of this trip was to have a nice weekend out with my wife, I still managed to capture a few details of this beautiful city.
